Patients with nerve damage have few therapeutic options. At Regenesance BV, we are developing drugs that target selected intervention points within the innate immune system (complement pathway). Regenesance BV believes this approach will offer more and better treatment options to patients suffering from acute or chronic nerve damage.

Drug Pipeline

Regenesance BV is producing a robust pipeline of compounds that inhibit the complement pathway at various intervention points. Certain compounds show efficacy in selected animal models and appear to be well tolerated.

Regenesance BV was founded in November, 2009 on ground breaking research from the Academic Medical Center (AMC) at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
