INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Regenesance BV has a worldwide exclusive license from the AMC at the University of Amsterdam to certain new therapeutics and treatment methods discovered in the laboratory of Dr. Frank Baas. The license includes access to a world-wide patent application (WO2008/044928) featuring the use of complement inhibitors in traumatic CNS injury and other indications. Included in the license is exclusive access to the following world-wide patent applications: WO2010/005310; WO/2011/105902; WO/2011/105900; and WO/2011/105901. Each of the world-wide patent applications covers discreet complement antagonists that are designed to target complement proteins C6, C8-beta, C8-alpha or C9, respectively. Also included within the license are the use of the complement antagonists to treat various acute and chronic nerve diseases. The Company has certain future rights to new developments and improvements in the field based on research from the Baas laboratory.
